What is the Timeframe from Ordering to delivery: to USA or Canada
Shipment from factory is typically within 21 working days or receipt of deposit
Estimate 29 days to West-coast (N Ameica) port, then your on-shipment time from west coast. Other countries will vary.
Orders to different parts of the world will vary.
What is included in a turbine kit?
Everything you need to put the Turbine into production including foundation rebar, and except: Labour, delivery from port to site, concrete etc.
What is not included in a turbine kit?
You will need to built a foundation, install interconnection, decide if you are on grid or off grid; the latter will need things such as storage batteries. Installation: You will also need a hydraulic erection package if you don’t want to use a crane.
Is there any training to install and operate the turbines safely?
Currently training will only be available on a one to one basis.
Eventually we hope to run workshops to build and operate the Turbines, as well as to optimize their performance.
